I had a surprisingly nice stay at this hotel. The communication with the owner was easy and convenient, as we were able to connect through WhatsApp. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and I appreciated the fact that I could cook my own food in the private apartment. The location of the hotel, next to a park, was ideal, and there were also a few places to eat and an Oxxo nearby. The staff was amazing and provided great value for money. I had no problems with transportation, as the bus stop to the city center was within a reasonable distance.
No negatives from this place.

The location of the hotel is advantageous as it is situated next to a park, providing a pleasant environment. the host's communication was excellent, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The surrounding area is peaceful and safe, with kind neighbors, and the proximity to mercado 28 offers affordable dining options and a supermarket within walking distance.
The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired, with dirty bed sheets and unclean kitchen utensils. The hot water supply is also inconsistent, and the room size falls short of the advertised measurements.
